My sister got her 1st car from this place, they provided us with the best customer service and the car purchasing process was quick and easy and it works great the air didnt work and they fixed it for free for her without any issues and they owned up to it. So far the truck is doing great. I also recently went to take my truck to emissions and did the plate registration it took less than 10 minutes i love this place. Looking forward to getting a car from here in the future !! Their car selection is also great

I just adore David, his team and thier outstanding customer service. I bought my car a year ago from Autoplex, there was one problem with it mechanically after the initial purchase. However, David got it into the shop right away and fixed free of charge. I have only gone to autoplex for maintenance and repairs the last year and will countine to do so. David doesn't upsell, he's honest about what needs to be fixed right away, what can wait until I can afford it, he gets me in right away when it's urgent and when I don't understand something he takes the time to explain it until I do understand it. A few months ago I had a hit and run that left me with quite a bit of damage and repairs, they patched up my exhaust for free and some little repairs saving me money where they could and I paid for the rest. David and Auroplex make my life easier and take a lot of stress off of me. :)
This place is great! I financed my Chevy Cruze from this dealership in October and any issue I’ve had or concerns regarding this vehicle I’ve been able to contact David and he gets on it asap! I definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a vehicle.

David is always helpful and respectful. Anytime I have an issue it's fixed in a day or 2. I bought my vehicle from them 2 years ago and have only had to bring it in a couple times for minor issues that you should expect from a used vehicle. My van is 8 years old and maintenance is expected. Would definitely purchase from them again in the future 👍
David and the team at Autoplex saved me thousands of dollars. The staff there are extremely competent and very friendly. They are not like most other auto shops, who try to get every cent out of you. They truly care and treat your vehicle, as well as your finances, as if it was their own. I cannot recommend anyone more. 10/10 service and quality work.
